“Lucy was extremely helpful in setting up my lease agreement, assisting with the locks, and she personally showed me how to use the gate keypad and took me to the unit I rented. This was after the call center woman completely messed up my lease info, getting my address information completely wrong so I couldn’t electronically sign without getting it fixed. Keep the real, in-person Lucy, because without her, I might not have signed! Thank you, Lucy!”

“The facility is modern and clean. It also was ideally located, conveniently close to where I moved from but also a straight shot from where I landed. Only issue was their 2-tier price schedule.
In the end, I didn’t move anything in here. Maybe they’re right and all the other storage on the street raises the price every 3 months— I sure hope not!”
“This was one of the best experiences I have had with renting a storage unit—and I’ve rented dozens over the past three decades. Greg took time to show me the different sizes and answer questions.
