“I stopped in to see if Bloomfield Sports Shop could fix the lettering on my wifes 30-year-old Red Wings jersery that got damaged in the wash. I worked with Keith and he searched high and low to match the font, but was unable to. He was kind enough to apply a clear coat on the lettering to prevent additional damage and refused to accept any sort of payment. Thank you Keith and Bloomfield Sports Shop! I'll definitely be back when it's time to get my kids sports gear!”
“My family and I have been Fleet Feet customers since they first opened in the area several years ago. We love their equipment that measures your foot length, width and arch. The results are very helpful to determine what brand and styles of shoe will best fit your feet. I have been to Fleet Feet stores all over Michigan as well as several states out west. The staff is always concerned about getting you into the best shoes for your needs. The last few years, as I age, I’ve had quite a bit of feet trouble. I’d like to commend Miriam, at the West Bloomfield, MI, Fleet Feet store for her extraordinary service and patience when helping customers with complicated problems like me. She assisted me two times for roughly 2 hours each. Miriam was so patient each time, helping me try on different inserts, heel cups for plantar fasciitis, and different brands of shoes. She really cares about her customers’ comfort. Fleet Feet is very fortunate to have her on their staff!”

“This store is probably one of the most busy at Oakland Mall! I stopped in after the holiday season to look around at the Lions clothing options. My boyfriend received a lions hoodie that was a size too snug and we were looking around to see if they offered that hoodie at this location. All the employees were very kind and very helpful in our search. Once they realized they indeed carried the hoodie, they called over to the Rally House across the street to have them hold his size since they had it available. Overall great staff and lots of options here for anyone who loves Detroit, sports, and Michigan. We truly appreciated how everyone went the extra mile.”

Huge selection of the Detroit foods you love (coney island sauce, Velvet PB, Better Made chips, etc.) Also Pewabic Pottery, DIA, Greenfield Village and Motown Museum merch. “Went here a couple years back when I first started golfing, and they treated me great. One of the most inviting golf environments I’ve been in. Ron set me up with some great used starting gear he had around the shop.
Just recently went back looking for upgrade suggestions. Significantly different experience than any other golf shop in the area. Ron essentially fitted me for free and gave me great feedback and tips to improve my game. Per his recommendation, I ended up getting a new set of irons and hybrids at a lower price than anywhere else locally or online, and I couldn’t be happier with them.”

“GK calls is a great call company. From your basic calls to your high end duck and goose calls. The staff and manager at GK calls helped me and my wife out a lot. We were looking for nice acrylic calls to give to our wedding guests and the staff there helped us out with quick responses, shipping, and quality. Here is a photo in the review of what we did with them. I would suggest using GK calls with all your call needs for your event or every day hunting use!!!”
“What an amazing experience! I was heading to a music festival and had my heart set on a hat I found on Etsy, but the seller couldn’t get it to me in time. So I decided to create my own logo and make it myself. Needless to say, I didn’t have the proper tools to screen print, so I reached out to several local printers. After my fourth call, I finally found someone willing to help - Pete assured me he could handle it - and he absolutely did.
He charged me just $10 and delivered a beautiful product right on time. I can’t recommend GT Jerseys enough, and I truly hope I can bring them a much bigger order someday. Thank you again and again!

“I have been looking for shoes for my gout ravaged feet for weeks with no luck. Either the wrong size, not at all cushioned or not available and on and on. Then I discovered Gazelle Sports in Birmingham and it's salesperson Chris. At that point, the clouds parted and the voices began to sing...I was finally in right place. Chris was awesome! He listened closely to my concerns, asked me what I did for a living to get a better idea of which shoes to recommend and when he felt he had all the information he needed he excused himself, was gone for just a few minutes and came back with at least 7 different shoes he thought might be good for me. As soon as I tried on the first pair, I knew Chris understood exactly what I needed. I tried on each pair and loaded with questions Chris answered each one...comprehensively and completely. He's also a really nice guy...fun to b.s. with. Anyway, I found a pair of Brooks shoes that Chris recommended and for the first time in at least 3 years I had no pain in my previously very hurty feet. I haven't been as excited as I was with my new shoes since I was a child on Christmas! So blessed to have had Chris work with me. If you need sport shoes/apparel go to Gazelle and be sure to ask for Chris!”
