Whenever I visit this UPS Store, I’m always impressed by how helpful, friendly, and caring the entire team is. The staff shows excellent teamwork—each person is quick to step in and assist whenever needed. I’ve brought in important documents to be printed, and every time I’ve received outstanding service. In particular, Tyler consistently goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his expertise. This location is by far the best!”
“During transit, my passport was lost from New York to Michigan- Anita went above and beyond- spoke with customer service, Regional UPS Hub and also to the various supervisors to find out and track it down- Finally I received my passport back because she was part of the effort. A very thank you to this store for it's time and sweat.”

“Normally great here but a man, I think a manger/owner wasn’t familiar with how the return looks when Amazon loads it in an Apple Wallet, he said it wasn’t a UPS return and just walked away. Someone else was nice and helped us.

“I was greeted almost instantly when I walked in the door with friendly faces. I had a drop off and without being asked the woman came and helped me use the kiosk. I didn’t even see those when I walked in.
This review has taken longer than my time in the store. This was by far the fastest and friendliest FedEx visit. The woman who greeted me was a genuinely kind person and funny!”

“I've been using this location for well over three years. Everyone I've interacted with at the front counter is nice, answers all my questions and provides receipts for drop offs when the self-service kiosk is out of paper. I use the kiosk to scan prepaid package labels and leave my scanned boxes at the front desk. They do have a prepaid package bin, but if your boxes are larger, it's best to leave them at the shipping station desk to avoid filling up the bin prematurely. I use this location weekly and will continue to do so.”

“I’m in the store daily around 6pm to drop off my packages for my home business. They always greet with a smile and are fast to help. They are knowledgable about their services and efficient when working with customers (even when the customers don’t always know what they need/want). The store is newly renovated which gives it a wide open feel that matches other UPS stores. I love that they accept not only UPS but also USPS packages!”
“Shout out to the team in FedEx in Auburn Hills: Eva, Desia and Mr . Billy. They worked on my project and it was done as promised ( 2 hrs) . I drove to this location because the UPS store White Lake couldn't fulfill my request in the time I needed it. Next stop was the FedEx in White lake. And the manager recommended that I go to the Auburn Hills location because its a bigger . ( Since his is a smaller branch , my project would have been a send out) FedEx printed 250 save the date cards on 3x 5 business cards. Thank you!”
“Sometimes very crowded but line moves fast. Work is done right. Employees work very hard but seem to really like their job. I don't like crowds but I always return because of workers who care.”
“Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!”
“Rahim was extremely professional and is a great credit to FedEx. I would recommend this branch for as long as he is employed here. I needed to send a package, had a discount code incorrect, and he helped me find what I was looking for. While attending to my shipment, he was courteous to other customers entering the store by acknowledging their presence with a pleasant greeting. He was diligent and knowledgeable in his duties and displayed confidence and professionalism at all times.”

To ship it back, required disassembling the entire unit. A member of the team helped me in the disassembly when a few pieces became very challenging. I want to thank Raphael for his help.
