An eta. I then called to make sure we would be serviced since Mom and I were in the parking lot of Firestone and it was jewelry 9 pm and dark. A young ledy promptly answered and was polite and reassured me we would be serviced in a timely manner. The arrival of the gentleman was right on time
And he was polite and
Cordial. He quickly grabbed the spare tire
And discerned that a tow
would not be needed. He changed the tire and placed The damaged tire in the trunk and within minutes we were on our way to our relief!”

“FANTASTIC! Everyone that works here was so polite and helpful! I had a screw in my tire. The mechanic (a true mechanic) fixed it and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I will definitely use them in the future for all my vehicle maintenance needs. I Highly recommend this place!”

“Great place to grab snacks and fuel before heading into Yankee Springs Recreational Area. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks in the convenience store, and there is a Hungry Howie's. They keep the bathrooms and the rest of the gas station clean.”

“Today is July 2, 2023. I visited the Martin Marathon at about 4:00 pm, and was surprised when the polite clerk - who happened to be straightening up near the front - opened the door for me. He also called me "Ma'am," which was safe, appropriate and appreciated as I have completely white hair. There were few people in the store. I paid cash for my gas, then had to come back in for change. By that time, the clerk had a LONG line of customers, and I waited in the back. But the clerk motioned for me to come to the counter, he already had the change ready! I got my change and was out the door; the clerk didn't miss a beat, continuing on with the next customer in line. You've got a winner there, someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Do what you can to hang on to employees like that.”
“I had loaned a buddy my Samsung Galaxy, A7 Tablet, and he left it on his car, and lost it near the corner, It was brought in by someone, and the people in the store put it up for me, and due to shift changes and what not... didn't know exactly where the night girl had put it, but everyone there was very friendly, and helpful in locating and returning my tablet to me...I highly recommend this fueling station, and the great guys in the attached garage!Thank you for all your help, it meant a lot for me to get my tablet back today!”

“Friendly & Honest Folk, the Owner is a hard worker and his small town People always enjoy seeing the locals when they come in. They have a pot of hot coffee on and the old farmers come in to chew the fat while they stop in for a minute... :-)”

“Just passing through and I'm glad I stopped here. Right outside the restrooms they had these Christian books, so while I was waiting I pick one up, and it was so interesting that I got stuck reading them for longer than expected lol... The gas station worker eventually saw me still reading, and told me that they were free if I wanted to take them. FREE?? WOW, WHAT A BLESSING!! May the Lord bless David Meengs for his ministry at gas station/truck stops!

“I visit here because the competition across the street is usually too busy, haha. Good selection of snacks, domestic beer. Only a small selection of milk. I wished the vacuum worked well outside by the car wash- there isn't another place in Wayland to clean your vehicle out.”

“Small little town in the pass-through!
There is a place for Pizza. They have an air compressor grab your bags of ice and propane four pumps available. Get your chips in all that kind of stuff from the road. Nice enough people working here. You can feel safe.”
