“Rusty and a gentlemen came out and spent most of the day probably 5 or 6 hours. They thought it was my pump so they put in a refurbished but look like brand spanking new pump in a 5-in well. The pump was not bad it was the plug the pump was plugged into. But they didn't figure out why it didn't work till after putting in the new pump and wiring and all kinds of stuff. They didn't put my old pump back and they left the new good one in and now they are not charging me. They are a beautiful wonderful Christian family run business. I keep trying to pay them but they won't take any money from me. I'm in tears right now what a blessing.”

“I wish I could give Matt and Northwest Pipe and Supply a million stars because that’s what they deserve. Matt provided me with the best customer service ever. I needed to replace a leaky tub faucet cartridge but to my dismay my brother had used one that had no brand name or serial number. I had no idea what it could be as there are hundreds of different types.
I thought I would have to rip out the beautiful tile work that my deceased brother had done and was devastated. I was in tears when I went into Northwest P&S and met my guardian angel, Matt. I showed him my part and told him my story and to my great joy he said I think I can help you and he did. He had the part in stock and reviewed how to insert the cartridge with me so I could do it by myself. Matt was so kind and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about my experience. I highly recommend Northwest P&S to anyone in need of any plumbing supplies or fixtures. You will never find customer service like this anywhere else.
