“I wrote a review concerning this location about 2 years ago, and BLASTED the service I got from head to toe. I was there for over an hour on that occasion, got nothing accomplished and spoke to a totally incompetent general manager whose name I wish I could remember, but I have intentionally forgotten. I left that store shouting obscenities, something I have never done in my life. It was that bad!
Things have changed. The staff is different, and the management is different. I went in today to solve a minor issue. I was greeted very respectfully, and turned over to representative in a very timely manner. Her name is Destiny. Knowledgeable, professional and personal. I don't know what finally changed things around for this location, but it's a 180-degree difference. Thanks to someone for reading the horrific reviews that this location received for many many months.”
