“I've been with this bank since 2014. Since then, I have consistently received only excellent customer service. It doesn't matter where the tcf branch is, expect the staff to be fantastic. They always are. Recently, with the pandemic there's been a few changes we've all had to make. That's actually why I've chosen now to post a review. I was there just a few minutes ago to make a withdrawal. The place was really busy. One of the tellers went way out of her way to assist me and make sure I was taken care of even though I had forgotten about the recent covid restrictions that had been put into place. Thank you so much ma'am. And thank you to all the staff here. You rock”

“I've never encountered an issue using the ATM at this location. It's never been out of order or created an "Error" screen. It's also never eaten my debit card, which has actually happened at a different location, resulting in my having to wait the remainder of a 3 day / holiday weekend before I was able to visit the bank and finally get it back. 5 stars. Not just for a problem-free ATM machine, but also for the great service one will receive, should they opt to bank at Fifth Third.”
