“Above & Beyond !! I have a residence in Sawyer Michigan. But I was out of state and one of my Fleet vehicles broke down on the side of the road about a mile away from their location. I spoke to Laura and informed her that my driver did not have any tools and I asked if I could purchase a crescent wrench and would she be able to deliver it to my driver. Without any hesitation, Laura said “yes I can help you“. In about 10 minutes, my driver had the tool and was back on the road in another 10 minutes. Thank you to Laura and all the staff.”

He never made me feel bad for needing these. He helped me find all 4 of the receipts I was missing and emailed them over to me. I wanted to say thank you for making a stressful situation on my end so easy and pleasant!”
