“As Chase Bank seems to be a dying breed, there are very few locations I can still go to for withdrawals. I come in every Tuesday to cash in my wife's paycheck and they are usually very friendly and welcoming upon entering the building.
The building is very clean and professionally kept, so no issues there.
The only negative I've ever had, was the occasion where I had an older woman as my teller and she shooed me away towards the ATM consistently when I asked to make a withdrawal. I told her that I needed specific bills and that the ATM didn't carry them and she asked me to come to her after that, yet I still used the ATM and left feeling offended. I have not seen her since, but that occasion was so embarrassing that I feel the need to keep this review at four stars.”
“I opened my account here and she was very nice. Her name is mrs. Motley. There are a few tellers that are really nice but one I don't care for. I've been here about six months. If its hard to go through the drive thru, I just got to the hill rd location. There are some really nice tellers there as well.”

I will not go to no other credit union nor recommend no mother bank or credit union over them ! Elga has helped me in such a great way in this last year I could cry. I have an excellent credit score now and I didn’t have one at all when I started with them. I’m greatful.”
