He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior. He offered to show additional catalog items which furthered the sale. Forget the big box stores and shop Win's.”

“I love coming here to look at their vinyl collection. Very well priced. Lately I lost the Roku controller and life stopped for two nights at our house. Ran up their and they had a new Roku controller with all the bells and whistles for a great deal. Thank you guys!”

“We waited a month for our furniture and it showed up damp from them cleaning it. The delivery guys were very nice but kinda wished they would of waited till it was dry got rid of all my furniture then didn't wanna sit on it for the first 24 hrs. Otherwise an overall good experience.”

“Still the best video game store in Michigan, nice quiet easy to find location, traffic is very light in the area, pays the most for your trade in, prices on games and consoles are the best I've seen out of any retro video game store I've been to.Owner is awesome and very professional I visit the store at least twice a week because the inventory is always changing if they don't have what your looking for in stock the owner can source it for you.They also now carry Pokemon cards for the tcg collectors and comic books for the comic lovers.”
