“I had made a previous post that was very negative and had inadvertently posted it to this store's website. I had had a negative experience at another store, and a very frustrating experience interacting with someone at this store. I have never been in the store only spoken to someone on the phone and cannot comment on every employee. Any interaction I had had previous to this one was positive, my comments were made in frustration and I'm apologizing to the owner for the misunderstanding, and as I said any interactions I had prior to this one were very positive.”

“In January we were looking to cut the cable, so to speak, and eliminate our costly satellite TV service with a rooftop OTA antenna. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy; only 2 days from call to installation. The installer recommended a Winegard Elite 7550 antenna. Installation was neat and clean - he was able to connect to the existing coax for our pay satellite service which minimized mess and disruption, and gave us antenna connection to both of our TV sets. The antenna works great - over 70 OTA channels - including all the networks I wanted like H&I, MeTV, and Comet. I don't miss Satellite at all, and have already saved hundreds of dollars since install. Only disadvantage - they don't carry any type of OTA DVR - I since purchased a Channel Master OTA DVR which works great.”

They do the sales rep bold they pay you personal hand written checks no CHECK STUBS AT ALL TO SHOW PROOF Of income so if you get food stamps don’t bother working for them they also work you 11 hours straight open to close no break !!!”
