“This Verizon store is fantastic! I had a lot of issues with trying to order the stuff I wanted online. I got frustrated and just went to this store the next day. I had Thomas help me out with everything I wanted and needed. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend going here for all your needs. Yes there was a little bit of a wait time but you can tell that all the staff on duty was trying there best to help everyone out as fast as they could and make sure you didn't go unrecognized from the moment you walked into the door.”

“My teenager had her first incident with her Apple iPhone. After two years, the dog knocked it off the porch, onto the cement, and upon retrieving the phone, we noticed the screen was shattered. I immediately got online and filed a claim with our insurance carrier (Asurion) and was given a next day appointment at our convenience, with uBreakiFix, and they would travel to us! ?The tech gave us a heads up 40 minutes prior to arrival. The tech had excellent customer service skills. As stated, They were able to come right to our home, which is extremely convenient, and they were very pleasant and professional. They were respectful of our property and the device and did all they could to get the job done to the best of their ability. The whole job took approximately an hour, which was super quick. I have never had to file a claim for a repair before, thank goodness. However, this situation gave us peace of mind, knowing should anything like this ever happen again and my family and I are in need of any repair services, it is an extremely easy process to file a claim and set up an appointment to get what we need fixed and we will be in good hands. We can not thank them enough! Highly appreciated and highly recommended by our family! Overall, it was such a great experience! The phone looks brand new again!”

“So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”
