“Mo at the Grandville location was amazing!!! He was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and a great multitasker. We came in for a reactivation and we were kind of on a time crunch. Mo welcomed us and got us checked in as soon as we entered the building. When it was our turn he listened to what we were there for and provided excellent service. 10 out of 10 for Mo and his team!! No customer were left unattended and they did check-ins with all the customers not being serviced yet. If you want to experience exceptional customer service then this is the place to go!”

Tanner spent time getting our problem straigtened out even after closing time to make sure we were all set before leaving. Tanner clearly went above and beyond for someone he had never met. “So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”

He solved an issue that seemingly no one else could, one that I had spent 6 hours trying to resolve. It had to do with an apple watch (not worth explaining). Wish everyone was as helpful as Chase!”
