When I went back to the store with a question about syncing calendars, his coworker was able to take care of it quickly and successfully. “Stopped by the Kalamazoo Ave. AT&T Store today(10/29), with a technical issue that none of the other AT&T Businesses could seem to help me with. To my surprise I was met by two very nice AT&T Employee's that were working at this store named Linda and Brandon. By the grace of God they were able to resolve the billing dilemma that I was having. These two worker's really worked well together, were extremely professional and honestly couldn't have been more helpful. I honestly don't think I've ever had better phone service in Grand Rapids since moving here almost 10 years ago. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

“Mo at the Grandville location was amazing!!! He was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and a great multitasker. We came in for a reactivation and we were kind of on a time crunch. Mo welcomed us and got us checked in as soon as we entered the building. When it was our turn he listened to what we were there for and provided excellent service. 10 out of 10 for Mo and his team!! No customer were left unattended and they did check-ins with all the customers not being serviced yet. If you want to experience exceptional customer service then this is the place to go!”

“Francieszka always provides the best service, and I trust her implicitly. She is very patient, and I often call ahead to make sure she's available so that I can accomplish my tasks with confidence.
What another reviewer said is also true for me. Francieszka had two calls with the in-house service dropped right in front of me. She spent over an hour working on my phone because her representatives kept dropping her calls. She was very patient, repeatedly calling back and asking them not to hang up on her because we needed assistance. She is truly wonderful.
If frustrated with customer service anywhere, check out The Elliot Report. They provide consumers with contact information for corporate office employees who care. I found Metro's email address through the report and received a call back from someone who clearly cared.
I will continue to use Metro as long as I can receive in-person customer service from Francieszka. I trust her, and that's invaluable.”
