“This is such a gem in the heart of the Keweenaw. The store offers a variety of groceries, convenience items and one of the best deli's I've ever gotten a sandwich from. They have a good pasty and I'm partial to the breakfast pasty they have on Friday mornings. They sell out fast so it's worth getting there early. Plus, gotta have an honorable mention for the meatloaf too. It's got that granny made it flavor. The owner and staff are great folks and so welcoming you feel like you leave with new friends. It's a perfect stop on the way to or from the trails.”
“A little pricey and not as big of a selection compared to places such as Whole Foods, so if that's what you are used to, keep location in mind. Having said that, it's clean and well organized - and the staff are great! There's always a positive atmosphere here and shopping there is a pleasant experience!”

They also have a great selection of pork usually, and great deals! Whole briskets, pork butts, and ribs. Butcher shop takes custom orders for your BBQ needs.

“Great little store, little bit of a bodega vibe but in a good way. I really enjoyed the selection of soda and non-alcoholic drinks as well as the variety of ramen. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I'll be back again to shop some more.”

“Very kind people in a wonderful mom n pop shop. We stopped by when we were in the area. They were making thimbleberry jam and it smelled wonderful. We got honey, juustoa, thimbleberry jam and some maple syrup. Everything was great!”

“I went in to return several dollars worth of cans before shopping. It's nice how promptly they attend to full return can machines. Cashier was friendly also. A nice choice of products, food and other items. Staff is friendly and willing to take you to an item you can't find.”
“You can walk down the aisle and not have to move the large carts of products out of your way to get at what you want on the shelf unlike at other local DG store .much more organized and ran the other local DG .”

“Honestly one of the best Walmart stores I've ever been in....I actually don't cringe at having to shop there! There's never a shortage of staff to help or cashiers manning registers. The store is clean, well stocked, and very organized.”
“Wash wasn’t the best quality and machine didn’t give change, but service was good and I was given an additional wash of higher quality when I mentioned the truck was still dirty. It was much better after the second wash, used the touchless as the soft touch was down for cleaning”

“I go there every day and I love sandwiches.And the young man that works there Wyatt i think that's his name? Always makes me feel welcomed.And every time they don't have the right sandwiches there , because I don't eat whole wheat , he'll make them for me while i'm shopping!
