“Five stars all the way. I worked with Karen at the Public Storage on Michigan Ave in Canton, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we got on the phone she was polite, warm, and welcoming, and she made me feel completely at ease. She addressed every one of my needs and went above and beyond at every step. I got off the phone feeling relieved and genuinely taken care of.
Don't believe the stereotypes you hear online. This Karen is the real deal. We need more people like her. If you're looking for storage in the Canton area, ask for Karen. She'll take great care of you. ????”
“Had a maintenance issue with the 5x15 unit I rented and couldn't seem to contact a human by the phone number listed. When Public Storage sent me an automated survey, I answered honestly about my issue and experience. Nicole called me the very next day out of concern and was super eager to help out. Long story short, she moved me to a new unit, same size, same price, and near the old one (so it wouldn't be difficult to move my things). Problem solved!
She went above and beyond for something I had written off as a problem with a storage company that couldn't care less. Whatever they're paying her, she deserves double from showing exceptional customer service and professionalism when she could have just as easily disregarded me and my problem. If she treats this one customer with such care, it's safe to assume she's just as polite and helpful for many others.”

“Great group of people here. The guys in the office are very nice and friendly. The warehouse guys are very quick. I’ve loaded here once a week for close to 2 years and it usually takes less than an hour and a half. Plenty of parking in the back as well.”

She addressed all of my issues timely and gave a return call to make sure that I was satisfied. There needs to be more passion when providing services to the people. “I've been renting from Extra Space for about 4 years now. I have plans to continue renting with them. Extra Space is very affordable. The space is very well kept. Entering and exiting is very convenient and easy to access. I feel safe going alone knowing that the gate is going to close behind me and no one without a code will be able to enter the area. The area is really nice off of a Main Street. Help is available when needed during business hours. The staff is VERY respectful, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE with the space. The restroom is always clean. I would recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage. .”
