“Brought a friend's bike in to determine if training wheels could be added. Although the bike won't take trainers, I do appreciate the time taken to attempt to make it possible. Many thanks on behalf of a young rider.”

“Max was helpful in determining the best cleats for my son; he is polite and helpful - he really knows his stuff!!
Rod S. was very helpful when we needed to replace defective cleats; his sense of humor kept us smiling as we figured out our options and selected new cleats. :)”

“Had a wonderful experience today i had a great salesperson ,i wish i could remember my salesperson's name i think it started with a J , I'm so bad with names , but she was very helpful, showed me to the section i was looking for even said they have several pairs that they just put out for clearance that i should look at, it seems in this day in age nobody wants to help anyone in stores anymore, she definitely had great customer service...thanks J”

“I am disabled and the MOD was extremely helpful in assisting me opening the door to the bathroom and looking for a pair of shoes in my size. Definitely will shop here again.”

“Dick’s Sporting Goods continues to be one of the more reliable big-box experiences—clean, organized, and staffed by actual humans who make eye contact and ask if you need help (wild concept).

The store looks great and is easy to navigate. Tons of brand-name gear—Nike, North Face, Carhartt, Patagonia, Adidas, DSG—so if you’re trying to look “outdoorsy” without actually going outdoors, you’re covered. Shoes and apparel are especially well stocked, and online pickup is quick and painless, which I appreciate when I’m on a mission and not browsing for an hour.

My only recurring gripe: local team gear can feel a little light, especially hats. Plenty of national brands, but sometimes it feels like the hometown teams are playing second fiddle to North Face season. Not a dealbreaker, just noticeable.

Overall, this is a consistently good stop—helpful staff, smooth pickup, and no unnecessary chaos. You won’t leave angry, confused, or wondering why you came here, which is about as high praise as retail gets these days.”
