USPS driver today slammed on the brakes, with no functioning brake lights, in front of me. Tried to notify them but they were wearing headphones. This is unacceptably dangerous given how frequently the vehicle stops. Can’t even get through the phone to notify the USPs office.

Took multiple days to assist me with a situation just to conclude that they couldn’t do anything about it. Ridiculous and poor customer service.
