“The tools guy never showed up after 10 minutes of just waiting to buy a wrench for a plumbing issue. I found extendable razor blades in the same isle and cut it so I could finally purchase the item I needed.
It's a very popular busy store but maybe they have to rethink the anti-theft policy. Most of the customers were older folks... I'm pretty sure ole Fred isn't stealing your wrench.
I gave them 5 stars for having so much in a small store available.”

“CJ Flooring has fully impressed me and earned my trust. From the minute we had our free estimate, Ali was helpful, respectful, kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I had plenty of reservations and questions and Ali was prompt and thorough in answering all of them and making me feel comfortable.
Now we are into the install process and the team Ali sent works so hard! They also found a few critical things that needed fixed before they could continue with their job and instead of passing the buck and asking for someone else to come and do it, they took initiative and fixed the problem. Very helpful, so respectful and professional!

“Just want to say its hard to find good customer service anymore. Randy here went above and beyond for me by helping me out, Thank You Randy! I didn't know they were about to close in 5 minutes and I called with a few questions about purchasing a grill online and delivery. I felt bad for calling close to closing time and said I would call back tomorrow. NO! He would not let me do that. He helped me out until after closing time setting up the purchase and delivery. He called me back the next day also after the purchase to go over delivery with me. You dont find customer service like that anymore. Once again Thank you Randy for all your help, I will be using your store for all my future purchases.”

“I don't usually work in this area, but I've had a couple of handyman jobs nearby. The first time I stopped into Ace, I wasn't expecting much. Most hardware stores like this tend to carry the same packaged, everyday items. Boy, was I wrong.
This place is incredible. Every time I stop in, I'm amazed at how much they have. The store isn't huge by any means, but they make every square foot count, and they even have several outbuildings stocked with additional supplies.
I honestly had no idea where you could even buy dry ice, but they have it. That alone tells you what kind of selection this place offers.
It's become my go to hardware store whenever I'm working in the area. If you need something, there's a good chance they'll have it. And if you need lumber, it's even better because the lumber yard is right across the street. It's basically a one stop shopping experience.
To top it all off, everyone is friendly and helpful. You really can't go wrong shopping here.”
“I went to Ace Hardware to buy a trailer mount and ball, but I accidentally bought the wrong size pin. When I came back to exchange it, they didn't have the size I needed. The cashier actually took the pin off his own trailer hitch and gave it to me, calling it even. That's the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. We should pay more attention to and support local mom-and-pop stores like this”

“Great store always friendly helpful people.
My comments are about ground works half gallon sprayers . Everyone I purchase this year have had a small pin hole in the bottom .
It will work for about a week or two,then start leaking. Can't afford to take another chance of trying another one.
Only used soap and water in it to kill wasp with.
Here is a update on my half gallon sprayers.
After using 4 sprayers this year, everyone of them leaked on the same seam.
I tried to reach out to ground works about my problem, but no answer yet after 4 weeks.
Looking for a new company to deal with as far as buying a sprayer.”
