“Just want to say its hard to find good customer service anymore. Randy here went above and beyond for me by helping me out, Thank You Randy! I didn't know they were about to close in 5 minutes and I called with a few questions about purchasing a grill online and delivery. I felt bad for calling close to closing time and said I would call back tomorrow. NO! He would not let me do that. He helped me out until after closing time setting up the purchase and delivery. He called me back the next day also after the purchase to go over delivery with me. You dont find customer service like that anymore. Once again Thank you Randy for all your help, I will be using your store for all my future purchases.”

“I had the misfortune of having the power knocked out on July 3rd but heard this location had generators. No power, but they were still working hard! They were clear to communicate that many generators were already sold out, including the one I had anticipated buying, but they had a slightly lower model available which I got. They took card payments, asked about oil (which I would’ve forgotten about!), and limited extension cable purchases to two per customer. The way they handled this, even accepting a coupon despite all of this, was top notch. Shoutout to the entire team who worked today, on a major holiday, to make a lot of people’s lives a bit more bearable in these hard circumstances. Overall well organized, well run, and well communicated. Would absolutely return!”

“I don't usually work in this area, but I've had a couple of handyman jobs nearby. The first time I stopped into Ace, I wasn't expecting much. Most hardware stores like this tend to carry the same packaged, everyday items. Boy, was I wrong.
This place is incredible. Every time I stop in, I'm amazed at how much they have. The store isn't huge by any means, but they make every square foot count, and they even have several outbuildings stocked with additional supplies.
I honestly had no idea where you could even buy dry ice, but they have it. That alone tells you what kind of selection this place offers.
It's become my go to hardware store whenever I'm working in the area. If you need something, there's a good chance they'll have it. And if you need lumber, it's even better because the lumber yard is right across the street. It's basically a one stop shopping experience.
To top it all off, everyone is friendly and helpful. You really can't go wrong shopping here.”

“Great store always friendly helpful people.
My comments are about ground works half gallon sprayers . Everyone I purchase this year have had a small pin hole in the bottom .
It will work for about a week or two,then start leaking. Can't afford to take another chance of trying another one.
Only used soap and water in it to kill wasp with.
Here is a update on my half gallon sprayers.
After using 4 sprayers this year, everyone of them leaked on the same seam.
I tried to reach out to ground works about my problem, but no answer yet after 4 weeks.
Looking for a new company to deal with as far as buying a sprayer.”
