“I brought my car to Universal Auto House after dealing with a frustrating combination of problems: a persistent engine misfire, very rough idling, and noticeably sluggish acceleration that made driving stressful.
The team here was incredibly professional. They took the time to properly diagnose the root cause, which turned out to be the throttle body. After they replaced it, the change was night and day! “Ok, so a guy from Ohio merged in my lane wrong and tore my whole front off on my 1 year anniversary of having my SUV. My insurance company recommended Crash Champions, I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was very nervous but the rep AL was very friendly and my children and I feel welcomed. They had my car for 8 days and man my baby looks BEAUTIFUL! I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on the work the team did and I’m grateful for their hard work. They also cleaned my car out because my kids did no justice in the inside. Thank you everyone!!”

“We have been here 3 times. Once was for a car that was totaled. My husband walked away from a collision that should have killed him. Then we replaced that car, and a month after purchase, the steering wheel was stolen right before Christmas. The staff were very helpful and kind. This summer, the same car was hit with several bullets during an altercation in the neighborhood (we were not involved but collateral damage). I won't go into detail, but our family was left traumatized. I don't recall if the car had gas when it was towed away but when it was returned almost a month later, we had a full tank of gas, they detailed the inside and outside to remove all evidence of the crime. I was apprehensive about picking the car up, but when we did, it almost looked brand new! I'm very grateful for the customer service and the care and attention that went into restoring the condition of our vehicle.
