“I had an exceptional experience during my last visit at the dealership on Monday 2/5/2024 which ran until Wednesday of that week since that is when my car was ready for pickup. My service advisor Kayla Bertram was extremely attentive to all of my needs and ensured that my car was serviced in a timely fashion by ordering the parts I needed ahead of my scheduled appointment. She even communicated to me when there was a problem with the original part and quickly got another part ordered to have my vehicle serviced quickly. I was even offered a loaner vehicle which showcased her ability to go above and beyond which I truly appreciate. My car rides so much better with the new rear shocks and I got both the engine and in-cabin filters replaced. I highly recommend Ed Rinke dealership to anyone who is in need of service or getting a new vehicle!”

He is very reasonable with the price and the time it takes them to fix something and he always stays in contact with you about what is needed and how long it will take to get it fixed. She directed me to there refreshment are and waiting room. I observed technician working on my vehicle with TV /camera!! The service was the fastest service for a oil change, Heather also checked to verify any recalls, there weren't any. Great job Ford team. Will return to Heather for service in Future. I also picked out our 2024 Escape for my wife!!”

“I went to this place because it’s close to home and it had good reviews-well the reviews are correct-K. C. Helped me. He was so nice and patient with me (I was a little upset cause I had a flat and in a hurry) he showed me my rim was bent! He filled my tire with air and I told him I’d be back for the repair-so I went back first thing this morning and he fixed it and he checked another wheel and it turned out that rim was bent also! (Pot holes ?) so I highly recommend U. S. Wheel and tire to everyone who has wheel and tire issues! Thanks guys. You have my business! Keep being awesome!”

“I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:10 and was told they weren't taking any more oil changes until they completed the ones that they were currently working on. I said I have a scheduled appointment, so the service advisor did the paperwork and got me in because I had an appointment. As it turns out, an appointment is not necessary for vehicle servicing. This is my 2nd visit and I didn't know this. So the next time I'll be here at 7:30 when they open.”
