“Verizon Wireless in Sterling Heights on Van Dyke Ave. This place was so laid back and the environment was chill which was an added plus for me when I walked in the door. The sales rep Joey, was That Guy! He ran down every scenario, every option, and any discount that might apply. This included using insurance that I had. I ended up with a new version of my current phone with a cheaper monthly bill. I truly appreciate his hard work, diligence, and expertise! I highly recommend this location to all Verizon customers!”

“I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Verizon store at this particular location. I was helped by a specialist named Robert. Robert was extremely helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone here was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to offer me unnecessary deals. Robert helped me remove and old iPad that saved us money as well as told us to link our account to auto pay so we could save more money. All around great service would highly recommend”
“So I had an issue with installing AT&T fiber that NO ONE on the phone could solve, so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Dominic, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have been on the phone with at&t for the last few days with no progress. He followed up for me since the visit to make sure I get fiber. I finally do have it installed, so I hope he gets the commission associated with it because everyone else at AT&T that I did speak to has, for lack of better words, pretty useless, because they had me go around in circles and stressed me out for about a week. Highly highly recommend going here for complicated issues that need resolution.”
