“Best AT&T store! Scout was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she make me feel confident about switching to AT&T but she helped me understand all the ins and out of my new phone that I got with might new line as well. She made the set up easy peasy without the stress that I’d normally endure doing it by myself. Scout was very welcoming and didn’t drag her feet to get started with me. She got me the best deal for a phone line that I’ve had in years.
10/10 experience and I will be happy to return to Madison Heights to see Scout specifically.”

“Jaylen patiently helped me out after having to deal with the customer care team over the phone telling me the opposite if what the stor was telling me (I was trying to remove my number from my dad's plan amd then order a phone). Customer care was giving me contradicting info, but Jaylen took the time to just help me order it online using my T-mobile app. I appreciate that he did this for me and was able to confirm that we did everything correctly with the trade in credit from my current device, because I was clueless and didn't want to mess anything up.”
