Appointments almost always run on time (which is amazing for a vet clinic where there are so many variables and surprises in a day!). They're upfront about pricing, and I've never felt pressured to spend more than is necessary to care properly for our pets. We've always been so happy with Center Line Vets, but since having to say goodnight to one of our dogs so suddenly here and the support and care shown by everyone there, we could never dream of taking our pets anywhere else

He completely changed our relationship with our 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Otis, for the better. We’ve always had an amazing dog, but once our newborn entered our lives, we realized we needed help with structure, obedience, and especially leash manners. Things that once felt manageable suddenly felt overwhelming when juggling a baby and a large, strong dog. In just six lessons, Otis became a new dog—one who listens to us, follows directions, and most importantly, one we fully trust again. He’s back to being the wonderful, loving companion we’ve always known, just with the structure and consistency we needed. One of the biggest changes has been on walks. I can now confidently and safely walk Otis alongside a stroller in busy, crowded areas and know he will listen and stay in control. That peace of mind is priceless. Matt’s approach is clear, practical, and incredibly effective. We’re so grateful for the transformation—not just in Otis, but in our day-to-day life as a family. Highly, highly recommend!!
