She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with.
This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!

2297 18 Mile Rd, Sterling HeightsWe took our puppy, Daisy, in for a nail trim because she won't let us touch her paws at home, and Sarah took care of her with absolutely no issues at all. Daisy is completely obsessed with her! She even remembered Sarah from the week before.
We bring Daisy in every Sunday just to walk around and get comfortable being out and about, and last week she was so excited to see Sarah that she actually peed on the floor from excitement! Sarah was incredibly sweet about it, cleaned it up without hesitation, and still showered Daisy with pets and attention.
Sarah is truly amazing. She is patient, kind, and clearly loves what she does. Employees like her make all the difference, and she absolutely deserves a raise—if she hasn't gotten one already! Thank you, Sarah, for making Daisy feel so loved and comfortable every time she visits. 🐾💕

You can get them by the slice, 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, whole, walk-in, preorder, so many options. Today I decided to change it up and have lunch at Irena’s Pastry & Bistro. I actually chose it more so because my husband was with me and he loves a good cup of espresso which I knew they had.
We ordered the 8 piece pierogi & dill pickle soup. We chose a mix of their homemade pierogis which included meat, mushroom, potato cheese, sauerkraut, and farmers cheese, but you can choose any combination you want. It was my first time trying dill pickle soup, and it was pretty good.
For coffee my husband had the cappuccino Viennese and I had a hazelnut cafe latte with oat milk. If you are not having lunch it’s a great place to get just coffee & dessert too.
If you are in the Sterling Heights area, it’s worth stopping in and giving them a try!
