Doggy Do Good
220 South Main Street, Royal OakI have bought these bags multiple times now. I was primarily looking for a bag with less environmental impact and this fit. I've bought both the individual rolls and the lg roll of two hundred bags. The bags are easy to tear off the roll and easy to open for use. However, the last purchase I made the bags were tearing down the side about 30-40% of the time. I filled out the form online providing my order # (easy to find) and asking if they would consider replacing the box. The response was SAME DAY! And they went way above and beyond. There was a manufacturing issue which has been corrected and product effected removed. A new box is on the way for me AND a refund, totally more than I asked for. I liked the bags before, I will be a loyal customer going forward!! Thank you so much to Kai and the kind email exchanges. I am super happy I found a great company to support and feel better about my environmental impact. Thank you!!

1000 N Main St, Royal OakWhen I moved across town my mobile groomer couldn't make it out this way. I'm so glad I found this place. They do an amazing job with my 2 pomeranians. They get me appointments very quickly, usually within a week or 2. Most importantly my boys are not there in some cage all day. they have lil play pens with the tops open, and for both of my dogs it only took them 2 hours today. When I pick my lil guys up they are happy and calm, absolutely no "get me outta here daddy" vibes at all. can't recommend enough.

She is super friendly and loves people but come at her with a brush and you are now her sworn enemy. (Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. My girl has never looked (or smelled) this good! I'm so thankful for her professionalism and kindness with my sassy little girl!

28003 John R Rd, Madison HeightsI came here for years and was happy to do so, but this year …..whoever the current staff is….. took WAY TOO MANY liberties and instead of following requests and grooming/ cutting the hair how I have always had my gorgeous cat groomed here- they did almost the exact OPPOSITE of just about every request I had and pretty much did what they wanted to do!!!!And when I informed them of how I felt they ignored my requests- I did not get any apologies- but instead I received explanations that did not justify their choices.Extremely disappointing!! and I gave a $20 tip before I even looked at the results -my mistake …. I would advise to wait until a new round of students are in the rotation before booking an appointment this year.

I brought her in on 1/20 to see what was wrong. They were quick to assess my cat and get working on what needed to be done, and the staff was very attentive and understanding. Today I ordered my usual for my husband and I, and often I get my order with the cutest little message on the cups which make me smile every time. I'm coming to post a review because today, they reminded me that it is indeed Friday and yay for a renewed sense of joy! (In this economy? I know, right?) From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. We were greeted right away with cheerful energy, which always sets the tone for me.
I ordered the Avocolada, and it was delicious — creamy, smooth, and perfectly ice cold. It had that refreshing tropical flavor that makes you slow down and really enjoy each sip. The texture was just right — thick but still easy to drink.
The staff was polite and attentive, and the whole visit felt easy and pleasant.
Definitely a great stop if you’re in Royal Oak and want something refreshing and satisfying.
