“I love Bertram. We always have a nice conversation about current events. He's very kind, polite and hilarious. In a time when all the smaller companies have been gobbled up by big conglomerates, it's nice to experience the mom & pop feel of the past, that I'm sure we all miss so much. He knows his customers, even when you call on the phone. He goes out of his way to help, any way he can. I recently lost my ins, therefore had to put taking my medication on hold. He hasn't seen me in a while and asked my husband if I was ok. You don't get customer service like that from the big box places. I will always go to Bertram.”

“After using (and previously working) in Big Chain Pharmacies, it is refreshing to have a pharmacy that TRULY gives you Customer Service!After using this pharmacy ONCE, I was called by name, BEFORE I ever handed her my prescriptions on repeat visits!I probably shouldn't tell this part, because then EVERYONE will start going here, But My prescriptions are ALWAYS ready SUPER FAST! In fact I dont think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes, even when getting several prescriptions!It is even more convienant that My Dr is in the same office, he sends my scripts electronically, and they are usually done, or VERY close to it by the time I get to the window!I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this pharmacy!”

“I have to say that in the last few years the pharmacy has gotten better. I do not have to get prescriptions filled very often but my experience has been good. The female pharmacist is very kind. I've never had an issue with anyone who works there. I think people need to be a little more understanding about the employee shortage. Many companies are still short staffed including where I work. Be kind to those who are there and show up. I have been in customer service for over 40 years. It's not always an easy job.”
