“I didn’t buy anything from the store but the customer service is beyond amazing 🩷 I got locked out of my car a few weeks ago, the two car shops couldn’t help but the men in the hardware store gave me tool to use, told me how to use it and welcomed me with smiles and kindness. As a younger adult especially in a college town, it is difficult to find spaces that feel welcoming. I’m not the only student with a great experience! My peers are quite aware of the hardware shop, purely because of their kindness here.”
