To you sir, I called Milwaukee and THEY told me YOU were supposed to refund my money within 30 days. THEY replaced my saw with a new saw, you did not help me at all. NOBODY sends a tool in for warranty work after one light usage. Your response back to me is such nonsense, but I understand you had hoped to save face and try to make my complaint look petty. Milwaukee told you this in a phone call, yet, you still responded with your comment here. You have a nice store, I'll give you that.”
