Fahad took very care of us, listening to our needs he made recommendations that fit exactly what we were looking for. My goodness, went in to add our watches to our accounts …and left with new phones!”

“I’ve visited the store several times for simple needs like paying a bill or purchasing a phone case, and I’ve always been very satisfied with the service. Recently, after upgrading our phones, AT&T failed to send a shipping label for one of the devices. After multiple unsuccessful calls to the provided support numbers, I came into the store for help.
Allen was extremely helpful—he guided me through the necessary steps, spoke directly with customer service to clarify the issue, and ensured the shipping label was emailed to me. He also printed two copies of the label, one for the package and one for our records, in case any issues arise.”

Allen and Tyler went above and beyond to help us yesterday with the upgrade and purchase of new phones for my parents. To the point if I don't stay with cricket wireless it will probably be AT&T and that's because of him and Maliyah she as well on several occasions has helped me out so much above and beyond!”
