“Needed phone service immediately and Sam was incredible from start to finish! Very friendly and professional from beginning to end with explaining mobile plans, (setting up) and letting me know what future phones I could get and the deals that came along with them. Less than 10 minutes I was back out with phone signal and a pleasant experience. Thank you again! :-)”
“What a wonderful experience visiting the Chesterfield 23 mile Victra Verizon Store on Sunday May 19th. Fahad took very care of us, listening to our needs he made recommendations that fit exactly what we were looking for. My goodness, went in to add our watches to our accounts …and left with new phones!”
“David Dawood is personable and reasonable as a sales person. This is something that made it easy to make decisions. Anytime I need to buy something or need assistance, I will be returning back to him. Thanks, David. You the man !”
“Had the most positive experience with this Verizon location! From the moment we walked in to the very end. Customer service was helpful, friendly and professional. Arthur, Andrew and Niko were amazing! Explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. They made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them and this location! We definitely will be back!”

“Tawsif is amazing. After a terrible experience in at the Richmond location we decided to come here instead. Tawsif got us everything we wanted and was very honest and upfront with us about charges and everything. Highly recommend this location!”
