“Cal is a wizard. My 2013 journey had a remanufactured trans that the dealer put in 60,000 miles ago, but it never did work right and finally was giving some codes and reverse quit working. Cal rebuilt my trans, found and showed me the faulty components, and had me in and out in a few days where the dealer took five weeks. My car now shifts better than it did even when it was brand new. I trust him completely and recommend using Multi-State instead of going to a dealer. Thanks, Cal!”

After taking my car to 4th Street Auto, they recommended coming here for my car's engine problem. Turned out coolant was leaking for a while inside and it damaged engine.
All things considered, I was lucky there was an engine already in shop to replace it. Their turnaround time was incredible. It took less time for me to drop the car off, get it diagnosed, and have a replaced engine and be back to driving it again than for the last dealership I'd gone to to even start looking at the car and start a diagnosis. And that wasn't an engine!

“I have only ever had wonderful experiences with the staff at this location! They are professional, honest, and kind.
Less than a year ago, I had a transmission fluid exchange here and recently have been having issues with my car's transmission. When I took my car in for an oil change, I asked them to take a look at the transmission fluid too. Turned out I had a leak that needed to be fixed! Michael helped me out by topping off the transmission fluid for me and suggesting that I get it looked at and I'm so glad I did!
