“I recently brought in a vintage Seiko watch for repair. Was assisted by Naatalie. She was very professional and helpful. The watch was sent out to their repair person. Although parts for the repair could not be found, it was suggested that the manufacturer may have more luck with the vintage parts. Several other watches had batteries replaced or bracelet adjustments and Naatalie was always able to deliver as promised.”
