“Just went to Staples for printer ink. As always they had exactly what I wanted. The addition of Party City has made navigating the store a little challenging, but I'm sure they'll work that out soon. With a wider variety of goods and appeal to the Party City customers, Staples should enhance their appeal to a broader audience.”

“I called Crates and Freightswith the need to ship two pallets (6 lanes) of scoring equipment for a bowling center, at 1:30pm on Monday, December 22nd.
I got there at 3pm. I was out by 4pm.
I’m still waiting for an email from another company in Novi (much less of a drive).
I called this other company at 9am. Still no email. My important shipment is on its way to Washington State.

“I had a good experience going to drop off my item inside UPS store. Yesterday was the problem when they did knock at my door and I got a doorbell and they left a piece of paper where I I have to go pick it up. I thought that was wrong. You should’ve rung the doorbell, but you didn’t. You just left a little piece of paper.”
“It worked great! I was in & out in a jiffy! I'd recommend anyone going to this 11 mile service drive & ryan(just west of ryan on north side of 11 mile service drive underneath a gas station overhang)UPS Access Point location. All i did was show em my UPC code frim my Amazon email. Voila'! Done!”

“I've been using this location for well over three years. Everyone I've interacted with at the front counter is nice, answers all my questions and provides receipts for drop offs when the self-service kiosk is out of paper. I use the kiosk to scan prepaid package labels and leave my scanned boxes at the front desk. They do have a prepaid package bin, but if your boxes are larger, it's best to leave them at the shipping station desk to avoid filling up the bin prematurely. I use this location weekly and will continue to do so.”
“This FedEx location is convenient and easily accessible from the main road. I've been shipping prepaid packages here for more than two years! They have a self service kiosk which makes it easy to scan all my prepaid labels and drop them off at the shipping center desk. The employees at the desk seem friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Ground cut off times are consistent so make sure you drop everything off at 5-5:10 pm M-F if you need it to go out the same day.”
