I once was behind a fella who had to ship a makeup bag abroad to a visitor who recently left it behind. The ups associate explained that it all needed to be recorded and it will take a while. He started getting frustrated.
I work in shipping and receiving and was gearing up to explain to the guy that it’s not her call… and it’s probably not even UPS’s call. If he wants to yell at someone, yell a customs, and btw, good luck with that!
The associate stuck to her guns but diffused the situation and never suggested it’d be done any sooner than possible.
Very poised and sophisticated workers in this store.

I’ve never been judged for multiple Amazon returns. PLUS: Whenever I’ve brought in a return and there’s no line, they’ve always motioned me to the counter to do it for me. If you’re not comfortable using the self-serve station, wait for an associate to help if there’s a line. No problem. No drama.
I love my drivers too. My supervisor and I always try to drop what we’re doing and unload them asap. For this reason our driver does everything he can to accommodate us. That’s very valuable to us as delays really screw up the workflow. Treat your ups people like gold and they’ll return the favor.”
