“Cal is a wizard. My 2013 journey had a remanufactured trans that the dealer put in 60,000 miles ago, but it never did work right and finally was giving some codes and reverse quit working. Cal rebuilt my trans, found and showed me the faulty components, and had me in and out in a few days where the dealer took five weeks. My car now shifts better than it did even when it was brand new. I had a great experience with Muffler Man Auto Repair. I brought my 2006 Toyota Sienna in for maintenance issues and they got me taken care of the same day. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back on the road much faster than I expected.

If you run into bad people and they recognize your ignorance, they will feel free to manipulate you and cheat on you (such common these days)!
Then the most important thing is to find someone trustworthy and honest, someone who will do it for you the same way - no difference - the big genius or ignorant you are…

All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!
