“Came to Top Tech after a big lightning storm, and the south location was out of power. I took my vehicle to the street to their larger branch, and they were busy but very accommodating. Got an estimate back same day for significant work that needed doing on my Charger, and the staff were informative and worked with me to get done what definitely needed to be done. Should be said that despite the power outage, they used generators to begin whatever work they could on mine and other vehicles, and didn't let it stop them.They had my car ready next day, and I believe the pricing was very reasonable for what was done. Car is running great! Better than it has in quite a while, and I'm so thankful they could take care of it. I will definitely be returning in the future for further vehicle maintenance needs ane recommending Top Tech to others.”

“So grateful for Dave (and Maria)! Friendly, honest, incredibly communicative and straightforward, fairly priced, and faster than promised. My van broke down on the highway and I called around for transmission help. Most were booked up and didn't ask what had happened. I called Dave and he gave me a transmission quote instantly, but also asked what the symptoms were and gave me more info on other scenarios. He was right, it was a much cheaper fix, and he even fixed an age-old glove box issue that other shops said they couldn't do without breaking it and ordering a whole new one. His tow company was easy to work with and he fixed the van a day faster than expected (would have been faster if I hadn't added the glove box request).I absolutely love this place and will be back for routine stuff. “Didn't want to go to the dealership to handle an oil change where they would charge an arm and a leg. Went to Valvoline first with my own oil since my car only takes one kind and they would do the labor while I stay in the car. After 10 minutes, Valvoline said they can't do the oil change since the hole the oil comes out of has been stripped over time. I left and called Automotive Authority on the same street as they were still open. They said they can do the labor if I bring my own oil - no problem - and for the same price. I made an appointment, was greeted with pleasant customer service, and after 10 minutes, they said I would have to come back due to the same reason but that they would order a part that would enable them to complete the oil change. I came for round 2 and not only did they complete my oil change with a new filter and the extra part, they also found a couple of smaller issues underneath the car that they handled free of charge. I will be coming here for all of my oil changes going forward!!”
