“Let me first start off, I truly appreciate all these staff here , from trying every way to keep my girl here longer, to helping through the process of putting her down. And caring for her after I left. My first dog I owned and im truly thankful they exhausted all options with me , and made the process of putting her down so comforting & accepting . Thank you Doc & Staff . She loved you guys in the short amount of time she knew you guys , I just know it 🕊🥀 I’ll always ALWAYS miss you Hazel ❤”

“Great Staff. Took my adult cat there suffering from some virus. We got there and waited approx 5 minutes and then back to the exam room. Kitty checked out all good. Treatment and aftercare provided and we were all good!!! Everything went well, they even gave my son a little tour of the facility!!! Thanks BRVH staff”

“Very great with negotiating prices with what you have to spend. I take my cat here every 2 months or sometimes 3 times a week since he struggles with mega colon. Vets can be very expensive and pushy with pricing but here they do what they can just along with you and your budget. Very nice and the doctor somehow always gets him in”

“Dr Allison is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. She is kind, patient, empathetic and definitely the smartest person in the room. She cares equally for the people and the animals she attends to. Quick to educate without judgement. We always look forward to her visits knowing our horses will get the very best care and we will fully understand her recommendations. We love Dr A!”

“I take my foster cats here to see Dr. Julie who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares. Friendly staff. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs which is nice.”

“They'll love your pets as if they're family. My Logan always has a pleasant experience with the techs and Dr himself. Phone calls do seem to have a little wait time on hold, but once you're the one on the phone with them, you'll understand why. Oh and Logan said take your furry friends there, they give the treats, just for being cute🐾”

“Waited in the parking lot for well over an hour before being called in to see the vet. But I guess that shows how popular this clinic is?Kitty had a skin disorder. Twelve hours post treatment there was a huge improvement. ?”

“Riverside Animal Hospital is the best place to take your furry family members. I love this place for so many reasons! They make booking appointments easy with a call/text or I can book through the Petdesk app which also gives me access to all my pets records. I have never had to wait long for an appointment either and on multiple occasions my pet has been seen same day! That's incredible! When I arrive for my pets appointment I feel welcomed, everyone is friendly and I trust them with my pets because I can tell they truly care. I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything in detail and discuss options with me for the best course of action. I believe their prices are extremely fair for the services they provide and how accommodating they have been. I have taken my pets to other vets offices previously and none compare to Riverside Animal Hospital!”
