“The customer service at this location is amazing because of the store manager Kryletta. The store is usually very clean and well-stocked as they can be considering product shortages and the normal supply chain issues of the world right now. I can always find very nice produce, and the older guys at the meat counter are always amazing as well.The first time I came to the store, I did not receive the best customer service, but after talking to the store manager all of that changed. Kryletta always has a smile on her face and it's very apparent that she treats the employees very well because they all seem to respond well to her when she's around them.”

“I do shop here quite often. It is a great location with a lot around it. Just tried their new cookie. I liked it. It was hot and gooey and would taste great in one of their sundaes. I do like their pizza and chicken bakes and tend to take them home once every few months. The layout is pretty typical for a Costco. I do a lot of my bulk shopping here. It great for diapers and formula when the kids are small and chips and lunch goodies as they get older. It is also great for dinners. I enjoy their ready to go mac and cheese, chickens, the poke here is solid. Getting peanut butter and cereal and coffee is a good value here. We like their clothing from time to time, like the character PJ's. I have found many great gift cards and saved some money. I have also purchased many birthday cakes over the years. The people working here are always nice. We typically get good service. I have never had any major issues over the years and just continue to shop here like normal. You do occasionally get some great finds. If you like squishmellows, this is the place. I also found some Hunter boots for an amazing price! Those are usually hard to find here, but they do get premium brands from time to time. I also got an Apple TV subscription for a year for a super low price. So I am always on the lookout for a fantastic find.”

First off, an apology, the patient Advocate and I met, face to face, and, at that time, I stated I was pleased that she would address the issues and that a higher level contact was unnecessary. Subsequent comments on my part were addressing confusion with receiving, and responding, to others at tenet health, NOT the Hospital Patient Advocate I met with. My 5 star rating today is for the Patient Advocate who addressed each of my concerns and provided me with a comprehensive "Steps Taken, Initiatives in Work" to all of the matters we had discussed, face to face. Again, I apologize for the confusion regarding updates on what I had reported and appreciate the thoughtful conversation provided me today.”
