“December 2023, I had a extensive Surgery which required a High Level of Observation, not only was I treated like Royalty, the level of Service by Dr. Vilkins and her entire Team I felt as if I was the only (1) one being taken care of. Just to Name a few RN's Jasmine my Night Time Evening Nurse, Heather my Day Time Nurse of HF West Bloomfield. I will not forget The New Center Women Clinic in The City of Detroit which prepared me for my Surgery Dr. Kole, RN Tangie, RN Jasmine and The Unit Admin's @ Front Desk. Special Thanks to Dr. Emily of HF West Bloomfield (who's not a Dr.) who listened to my concerns. I Love all of You!!”

Searched for the nearest CVS in Google maps, it offered a link to scheduled an appointment, then seamlessly took me to CVS site where I was able to select the vaccine, type (Pfizer, Moderna etc) , location and hour. Text and email notifications ensued. When I arrived at the store, I checked in with the text link provided, then a pharmacist called my name, confirmed the details and provided the vaccination . Super smooth, super efficient.”

“Pharmacist Dr. Donna Spencer at this location went above and beyond for my family during an already extremely busy time at the pharmacy during the 2021 Holidays. After another Walgreens closed early due to staffing issues the day my dad had a covid-19 booster shot appointment, there were no other pharmacies in the area willing to squeeze him in the following days/weeks ahead. Being completely booked full of appointments, Dr. Donna Spencer took her time listening to the issues that occurred and graciously offered to vaccinate him between other appointments. We appreciate your act of kindness more than I can express in words!”
“I am grateful for everyone in the pharmacy that I go to pick up my prescriptions and they are as follows the pharmacist MARWAH, & MARCIA. & DAYLA. They all work at the Walgreens store that I go to 14 mile in Orchard Lake Road, which is my home store. “The Pharmacist’s are excellent. They have given me ALL of my immunizations. They have suggested that I allow them to do so. Then they look up my records. They know exactly which of them I need. They are friendly as well as quick. Very short wait times. Dealing with them is a pleasure, especially compared with the big-box stores, like CVS or Walgreens. Prices are usually lower than other pharmacies. Plus, they are located in the same building as many different Doctor’s offices.”
