I’m so glad my doctors office sent me here. I drive from Grosse Pointe to pick up my prescriptions here, and it’s 100% worth it just for the excellent service and care I get. I really can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy!”

“Our scooter was damaged on a flight and Spectra Med was contracted by the airline to repair the scooter and we could not be happier with their work and the timely manner in which they got the repair done. I will not forget The New Center Women Clinic in The City of Detroit which prepared me for my Surgery Dr. Kole, RN Tangie, RN Jasmine and The Unit Admin's @ Front Desk. “Very clean store and superb customer service. In the world where nobody wants to work a 9-5 jobs this pharmacy and their staff outperforms by going above and beyond trying to help a patient. The Pharmacy Manager Samah is wonderful and always takes care of any problems you have. Considering that due to nationwide shortage you can't always get your medication this place is always on top of their ordering. Front store might get a bit busy but they do have a self checkout lines so no reason if your are over a certain age to stand in line and complain. Be thankful and kind to your pharmacy staff they are still your front line workers and they did work when many of us was sitting at home.”

“Pharmacist Dr. Donna Spencer at this location went above and beyond for my family during an already extremely busy time at the pharmacy during the 2021 Holidays. After another Walgreens closed early due to staffing issues the day my dad had a covid-19 booster shot appointment, there were no other pharmacies in the area willing to squeeze him in the following days/weeks ahead. Being completely booked full of appointments, Dr. Donna Spencer took her time listening to the issues that occurred and graciously offered to vaccinate him between other appointments. We appreciate your act of kindness more than I can express in words!”
