“We took the whole family to try out mattresses. It was a great experience. We found a new mattress and pillows that we’re excited about, and even more so knowing there’s a 100-day trial period so we can return or exchange for a different type if it doesn’t work out for us for some reason. We love that our mattress isn’t sitting in a warehouse but it will be built specifically for us and delivered in just a few days. Rob was wonderful to work with, very personable and intentional about listening to what we need/want and helping us to find what will be most comfortable. “Everyone at the store were very friendly and helpful. Somehow once the order was placed my contact information got messed up. Our address was correct but it reverted back to my dad’s cellphone number. (He’s been gone 14 years). Consequently both numbers I left disappeared from the computer. Finally I stopped in and asked about our chairs. I was told they were in the warehouse. I paid the balance and set up delivery. I’m not sure how they were planning to contact me! Maybe they could have tried the Post Office.
We got them. We’re happy.

My order was fairly complicated and included two different cloth patterns for the furniture and several colors on various type pillows. She had great suggestions and ideas and was very patient. My invoice is easy to read and understand, as the full description of each article is printed out. I will definitely ask for her out on my next trip to Watsons!”

“About 8 years ago I worked with Amish Oak Warehouse to design a platform bed unique for me....style,wood, and stain colors were selected by me. From day one I was impressed and the whole process went extremely well. Super happy to this day with my bed and the quality! Recently I ordered new bunkie boards for it. Worked with Jeff again. “Highly recommend this store and interior design services. The store is gorgeous, with many room displays, and is inspiring to walk through and see how rooms can be put together.
We worked with a wonderful interior designer, Thressa, who came to our home, took measurements, and asked about how we envisioned using the room and the feel we wanted to create. She designed multiple layouts, helped with furniture and fabric selection, and gave guidance on pulling a room together, including a custom rug, which I could have never done on my own. When the furniture was delivered, Thressa came out to help with exact placement. She delivered above and beyond for us and we would not hesitate to use again.”

“The experience of buying my table was great. The table is beautiful. You can tell the quality is amazing and will last a long time to come. Something that even can be passed down to my children. Truly if you invest in your dining room set, you will get yours money worth.What I didn’t care for was the communication. That is why I wouldn’t give 5 stars. I bought this table back in mid September and had to call several times. Until I someone finally connected me to a manager because no one knew what was going on with the table. I understand things get backordered, or production slows down. But a simple phone call, is decent.I called again the week of thanksgiving and they said it was in and they would need like two days to prepare it.Makes me wonder if I didn’t call would have I had before thanksgiving for our dinner?Like I said, the gentleman who sold it to me Jim, amazing, quality AMAZING.But I’m sorry, this business could use some training in calling customers back just to see where their order is. I don’t have a tracking number online where I can check stuff or anything. So that is very frustrating.I’m in the process of looking for a patio set, I saw the flyer your company sent out about the sale and am at a loss if I want to go through that again if I will have it by the end of the the summer.”
