“I visited the Ashley store in Grand Rapids Michigan looking for a blue loveseat. My sales person was Michael. He was most courteous and most helpful. He took me around the store showing me the various items that I might be interested in, measured when I need to check something and was very patient with all my questions. Another note that I’d like to make is that the showroom in Grand Rapids was one of the nicest, well put together showrooms that I have seen in a furniture store. I was recently in the Ashley store in Aberdeen, South Dakota and that showroom was nowhere near as well put together as the Grand Rapids store . When I am looking for furniture or accessories in the future I will certainly check out the Ashley store in Grand Rapids I was very pleased with their presentation, their service and the value offered.”
“My husband and I wanted to buy Lazy boy furniture, because from past experience this brand lasts forever and holds up very nicely. William first talked to us and pointed out different advantages of many options. We then scheduled a home visit with Hannah to see what layout and materials would be best for our living area. We then met with Hannah back at the business and further contemplated out options and she helped us make decisions. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They weren’t pushy to make a sale and it takes me a long time to decide what I want and how it will look. “I have shopped at Northwestern many times over the years. Their service and products are the best. There is not another furniture store in Grand Rapids that even comes close. Amy helped us on are last visit. She is very professional with outstanding design skills. We were there maybe an hour and purchased two couches, two recliners, an ottoman, a rug and two lamps. Amy guided us through the process. We couldn't be happier with our new furniture. I have to add that the cost came in under my expectations! we will no doubt be back!!”

“We bought a new couch about a year ago, it was top of the line,we went with the expensive one because of the top grade leather so the color didn't wear off. Unfortunately it started to wear. Brought in a photo of the wear, Holly the gm and Grace our sales person got right on it to get with the manufacturer. Within two days we had an answer! Their is a reason to buy top of the line,quick response and a company standing behind their products!

“I ordered a very expensive set of soap and hand lotion and was so excited to receive it; being that Im a big fan of Jean. It arrived in January and was frozen solid. As a result, the hand lotion was completely compromised and is like milky water. I had emailed Stoffer and they replied quickly; unfortunately it was going into my spam folder but alas, once we connected they very quickly replaced the bad bottle “on the house” and shipped me a new one. I’m SUPER grateful and as a result love Jean even more!”

Lighting like everything else is more complicated today and Cindy is so proficient at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and always sets aside enough time during your appointments. “We are the proud owners of a gorgeous, walnut, drop leaf table custom made by Daniel at Redwell Design. Daniel was extremely responsive to our specs, the table was delivered promptly and in perfect condition, and the quality and craftsmanship are beyond our expectations. We have received repeated compliments on the table as it is a focal point when you enter our living/dining area. What’s more is that the table is so perfectly functional. We are able to drop the leaves for it to function as a console table behind our sofa, and open it to function as a beautiful dining table when we have guests. The walnut top is stunning! Finally, we improperly lowered one of the drop leaves without fully inserting the support brackets and bent it. Daniel was immediately responsive and helped us replace the bracket, which was easy to install and our beautiful table is as good as new. We LOVE this beautiful work of art and we would recommend Daniel to anyone seeking quality, custom wood furniture.”
