Amy helped us on are last visit. She is very professional with outstanding design skills. We were there maybe an hour and purchased two couches, two recliners, an ottoman, a rug and two lamps. “We bought a new couch about a year ago, it was top of the line,we went with the expensive one because of the top grade leather so the color didn't wear off. Unfortunately it started to wear. Brought in a photo of the wear, Holly the gm and Grace our sales person got right on it to get with the manufacturer. Within two days we had an answer! Their is a reason to buy top of the line,quick response and a company standing behind their products!

“We are the proud owners of a gorgeous, walnut, drop leaf table custom made by Daniel at Redwell Design. Daniel was extremely responsive to our specs, the table was delivered promptly and in perfect condition, and the quality and craftsmanship are beyond our expectations. We have received repeated compliments on the table as it is a focal point when you enter our living/dining area. What’s more is that the table is so perfectly functional. We are able to drop the leaves for it to function as a console table behind our sofa, and open it to function as a beautiful dining table when we have guests. The walnut top is stunning! Finally, we improperly lowered one of the drop leaves without fully inserting the support brackets and bent it. Daniel was immediately responsive and helped us replace the bracket, which was easy to install and our beautiful table is as good as new. We LOVE this beautiful work of art and we would recommend Daniel to anyone seeking quality, custom wood furniture.”

“We recently found ourselves wanting to replace old furniture in our family/living room. I knew I wanted a small, leather recliner and purchased one at a local furniture store with the help of my daughter when determining the color I was looking for. However, after visiting furniture retailers, I was feeling rather overwhelmed and discouraged as to the other pieces to purchase. We then decided to stop in at our local Ethan Allen store in Kentwood. I have opinions of what I like but am challenged when trying to merge my eclectic style to be both aesthetic and cohesive. Jamie (Ethan Allen designer)was invaluable to me picking out a sofa and chair that were both functional and beautiful as well as offering sound advice on furniture arrangement, lighting, accessories, etc...I found Jamie to be knowledgeable, creative, patient and supportive throughout the process. She was a joy to work with and offered suggestions that I would not have considered on my own but ended up loving. My goal to create a room that creates a calm and comfortable place to spend time has been achieved, and I am so grateful for Jamie's assistance. She is an amazing listener, helped me gain confidence in my preferences/decisions and was generous with her time. Jamie was also respectful of our budget, and I felt completely open with her in all of our communications.”
