“Stopped in to use the restroom after a long drive. Amber, the manger was so kind and helpful. She helped us find something fun to do in Grand Rapids after finding out the White Caps were sold out. Amber gave special attention to me and my family and I truly appreciate the kindness.”
“If you are hungry, their burger isn’t too bad for the price. A cheap and quick grab and go.
- Beef Chargrilled Cheeseburger: Coming in at a little over four and a half ounces, this little burger isn’t too bad for what it is: a gas station buy. It sits in a warmer and is up for grabs for $3.91. You get a discount for buying two and an even better discount for participating in rewards ($6 for two).
The burger packaging says ”fully cooked flamebroiled chopped beef steak smoke flavor added.” From what I gather, it is fully cooked, as labeled, frozen, then just reheated and put on the warmer for sale. It was actually fairly juicy for what it was.
The cheese was a bit lacking, but it didn’t change the overall taste too bad. It was not curling over the sides like the picture, but barely covered between the bun and patty.
The bun was a tad rubbery, but again, for what it was, it was not bad. It was still soft enough to be good enough.
I bought this burger at 6:30pm. The “best by” time stamp said 5:54pm. Being 36 minutes past that, it was ok. They also have some you can reheat yourself if you want it fresher. Check that “best by” time stamp and you should be fine.
- Service: This was maybe where the sticky point was. Getting throught the line at the counter can take a bit and the burger is getting cold while waiting. It did take a bit for me to get through a short line, but it was still fairly warm because of the heat-sheilded wrapping.
- Atmosphere: Not much of an atmosphere because it is a gas station. No place to sit. It is meant to be eaten on the go.
All in all, I’d be fine with a grab and go burger like this, but make sure you check the “best by” time stamp so it is fresh.

“Fast great service. Clean environment. Convenient location.Nov 8, 2023 I just want to thank The stores attendant for fixing the issue that we had with the cigarettes and the discounts. She called her manager and got it worked out and there was even a long line. It doesn't matter who messed it up all that matters is that she went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you”

“Love this new gas station! It's in a location that no other convenience stores were, so that's awesome! It has a very large parking lot, with multiple entrances, making it very easy to navigate and exit onto a busy road. The store itself is large, bright, clean and very inviting. The customer service here is just okay. I love that they have a carwash, and it isn't crazy expensive!”
