“This is my second time going to Lake Effect to fix my phone. Both times the issue has been resolved in less than 30 minutes and for a very good price. I feel silly for wasting so much money in the past when my phone would break down. I will definitely be going to Zak in the future for any issues with my phone and when I want to get a new one. “Kevin and Jesse were both super helpful. Walked in, close to closing time, with a older phone that was having issues. They found that the SIM card was bad and were able to quickly switch it to an e-SIM and get it operating flawlessly. While there, I addressed a billing issue. They found that my older plan was billing more than I needed and upgraded to a newer plan, saving me +$20/mo.
Both guys were friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate them for helping me out!”
“I went to talk to Philips an AT&T store and it was quick it really resolved my problem because he got all the people sometimes new you don't know what he's doing the guy Felix it was quick to resolved my problem quicker I recommend the store to everybody go to the store looking for the guy named Felix have a good day”
“Isiah was hands down Amazing!! I had been getting the run around for almost a week going to other AT&T stores and calling them. I finally went to this location and within less than 45 minutes he was able to completely take care of every issue I had. He was very patient with me and kind. “I went into the store stressed after my phone went black from repeated drops. Abdul set me up with a new phone, didn't let me leave until my phone was set up properly. It was having trouble connecting so he had to call customer service. It was taking a while but he reassured me that he wasn't leaving until my phone was fixed. His shift was over, but he stayed over to help. Great customer service!”

“So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”
