“Very nice little grocery store. Much better selection than I thought there'd be based on how small Ravenna is. Prices are good for the level of convenience. Staff is very friendly and professional. The building is very clean and well-maintained.”
“I thought I liked jerky… until I had Paul’s Gourmet Jerky. Now regular jerky tastes like cardboard. Perfect flavor, perfect chew, and dangerously easy to finish the whole bag in one sitting.”
“We just bought a steer from Heidi and had it processed at Byron Center Meats. The first thing we cooked were hamburgers and they were the most amazing burgers we have ever had. Can’t wait to cook the steaks and roasts!!!”
“Small town, small volume, smaller store. They work very hard to utilize space. Great meat and dairy. Produce is not the best due to lack of volume they sell. Prices higher than chain stores. They try hard to offer good specials. Watch for human errors on your receipt. Don't talk as they ring up prices. Tell them you're a senior on Wednesdays or you may not get the discount. Sign up for a reward card for deals. Digital machine inside store for best special offers.”
“This Dollar General I give them a thumbs up usually when the other Dollar Generals are out of something I can go to this one and they will have it there fast about putting stuff on their shelves”
“Great store and variety. Customer service ain't bad either, all the employees are pretty friendly. I believe it's far superior to all the other DG stores I've been to.”
“I stopped in around 8:30 on 8/16/25 and the woman working there was very kind, accommodating, and friendly, despite being on her 6th day in a row of working. She was also only there to help out a coworker and said she typically only works first shift. But she still had a great attitude despite the conditions, which is always refreshing to see! I didn’t catch her name, but keep up the great work!”
“amazing!!! Mariano is so kind!!! great selection of mexican goods!! love all the mexican snacks , plenty of variety! definitely a staple in conklin!!! a little mexico!”
