Unfortunately his plumping was under repair at the time, but this lovely old man with a charmingly decorated little shop genuinely made our days brighter. We didn't have cash on us (shop is cash only as of June 2024) so we weren't able to buy anything but I absolutely would have spent like $50 there just becuase of this lad's magnetic personality. 10/10, would reccomend Bob's Stop and Shop.”

“I stumbled across this gem by pure coincidence. We had camped all weekend, we had gotten up early, packed up in the rain, everyone was miserable and crabby. We made it (8 kids and 2 adults) about an hour before I could not keep my eyes open. Hauling a camper and with all my kids in tow I was hesitant to stop but I pulled into the bear den to catch 20 minutes. Well, I slept for an hour. My kids had an amazing time with the staff here. They celebrated my autistic nephew winning the exact duck he wanted out of the claw machine. They also made the best sub sandwiches I’ve had, EVER!!! They were kind to my very busy families bathroom breaks and shenanigans. Also, 10000 stars for clean bathrooms. Thank you again to all of you here. This mom appreciated it so very much!”

“After reading a couple reviews here, I see a few complaints, and without any doubt, there is a need to set things straight… I moved to the UP several years ago, so this is an informed review with a thorough experience of relative options and alternatives. The owners here are amazing people, they maintain very low margins and have never inflated the price for their gas. They would give you the shirt off their backs and stop at nothing to be absolutely amazing people. I can assure you firsthand that they would like everyone’s experience at their market to be outstanding and that if something goes wrong, they would, will, and always have done everything practical to make things right. The point being, you won’t find better people to deal with on anything they have to offer at Kisro’s Lakeside Market. I’ve been everywhere, and even though things can go wrong anywhere, they’re indisputably outstanding people and in my informed experiences, Kisro’s is absolutely second to none!”
