“While this store has gone through a lot of disarray with short shafted/rude staff in the past, but the gentleman who’s often running the register is always incredibly nice to talk to, he makes an effort to make conversation and is overall always a positive experience when he’s working !”

“I found a coupon for ortonville days on the ground at a park in Oxford . Decided to use it here. Presumably the owner or someone that ran the place , after recognizing the coupon that was given to a friend , reluctantly honored the 10$ coupon.
Down to earth place, felt like my hometown party store . If I'm ever passing through, I now know where to stop.”

“I just met one of the owners, Jody (sorry if misspelled), and she provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Came in for my usual rip it & other items and though I picked one off the shelf, she still asked if there were any other flavors I may want so she could order them. We chatted and I could just tell they will welcome & get to know the locals. Her husband helps me during the week and he is so kind as well. I look forward to returning!”

“If you ever see these products in the store buy them 10 out of 10 would highly recommend, I normally always eat pasties with gravy or ketchup but not this one light flaky dough insides were moist, I found these products at white lake market off of Ormond road.
If you don't like elk they have beef and I think chicken and venison.
Ps. I didn't tell my wife it was elk she thought it was shredded beef and she does not like game meat as much as I do.”

“Great food.I've never had a problem with it.Only issue is they never open on time. So when I'm trying to get something before work, it's just never gonna happen. They REALLY need to edit there open time on here to 8 am atleast. Waited till 745 one morning and lef t because no one showed up.”

“Never been in here before, but the place was very clean and so was the bathroom. It has a smaller town feel and everyone was very friendly. The floor layout had 'dead ends' you had to turn around in and I didn't go to the fresh produce section, so I can't speak on the quality of that.”

“Andrew at self check out was rude refused to get manager and proceed to snatch the wine up and whip it around hitting me in my shoulder. Then when the store manager came Andrew kept running his mouth. And I was kicked out of kroger for obviouslyrunning my kouth back to defend myself. I will not be back. I will be reporting to corporate and the BBB and I will make sure to let everyone know not to shop here. I have 2 family member who have worked for kroger for 10 plus years and I have shopped over 100 krogers in the US doing instacart and not once have I experienced the rudeness and unprofessionalism that Andrew at kroger I Clarkston village off Dixie hwy in michigan displayed.”
“An item was out of stock a few days ago. We called the White Lake Meijer. Autosystem sent to menu, sent to Service desk, guy answered right away, he sent us to Grocery, guy answered right away, checked stock, # on shelf zero, # in computer said some in stock, he zeroed out stock,
order placed, should be in in a couple of days. Thanks Michael Gordon and Team Meijer. This item is needed for medical/health reasons.”
