Most are pretty knowledgeable and if they don't know something they will honestly tell you their not familiar and they'll make a phone call to another store that has someone that may be knowledgeable about it. “In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
