“Had a wonderful experience at Great Lakes Ace. We needed some screws and Joe helped us. He was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice. He spent time with us and saved us an extra trip by bringing up the special tape we needed to complete our project. Joe is exactly the reason why my family prefers Ace over the big box stores.”
“This harbor freight is awesome! I really love the excellent customer service and this place is like Toys “R” Us for adults. They have every tool you could ever desire. I wish I could have one of everything. Please stop by if you’re ever in need of affordable tools. Much better prices than other box store hardware store stores.”
“The customer service at this Home Depot is fantastic and noticeably better than other locations I've visited. However, the one major issue is their inventory accuracy. When I'm working on a maintenance project, I rely on the app to check stock. It will frequently show that they have 10 or 20 pieces left, so I'll drive out of my way from another location specifically for those supplies, only to arrive and find the shelf completely empty.
To avoid the wasted trip, I’ve tried calling ahead multiple times to verify if an item is actually there, but unfortunately, I can never get anyone on the phone to assist. The in-store staff is great, but they desperately need to fix their online inventory tracking and phone support.”

“I have rebuilt my 104 y/o wood frame windows with help from Wyoming Hardware and I just had custom old style screens made for the storm windows with aluminum screen. They sure did a fantastic job with 4 custom made old style screens and recovering the template I brought in with the aluminum screen material. My house even looks nicer from the street with the new screens now! They gave a great price and I had new screens in my hand in less then 24 hours!!🙂”
