“Hector was absolutely amazing and truly saved our day! My mom and I were getting ready to go on a bike trip when we realized we had accidentally left our bike lock keys at home. We came into Ace Hardware hoping someone might be able to help us, and Hector went above and beyond. He helped us cut the bolt off our bikes so we could still go on our trip, and he did it completely free of charge. He was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation ended up being such a positive experience because of him. You could tell that Hector genuinely cared about helping us rather than just treating us like another customer. Thanks to him, our plans were saved and we were able to enjoy our bike trip after all. This kind of customer service is exactly what makes you want to come back to a store. Hector deserves recognition for going out of his way to help us. Thank you so much, Hector you seriously made our day! 5 stars without a doubt!”

“My uncle and I bought a boat, we don’t know shit about boats, Dave has been nothing but helpful getting us set up and taking the time to talk to us. Didn’t try selling us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. There is a reason this business has been around for over 100 years and why Dave has been there for half of that.”

They worked with my spanish and got me exactly what I needed. The owner, Dave got me a diverter the whole city didn’t have. His knowledge in stems is unmatched. Guys treated me with respect and, helped me get everything I needed. Very professional. I recommend to every person who speaks spanish and doesn’t know what that piece you are looking for is called.
