“Josh was awesome I had to move to a bigger unit and he was there to help with all my concerns and transferring everything properly
I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”
